Your child will be exposed to a variety of new foods while keeping the same fun and familiar recipes they love. Cooking and baking with whole foods will teach your children how to make the foods they love from the store with better quality ingredients at home.

In addition to whole foods, we are on a mission to teach children how to identify and use medicinal herbs in everyday life.

Once you know this information, it stays with you for life. Not only that but it is real life magic!

From Scratch

Getting back to basics is empowering.

Now more than ever, there is a need to get back to our roots. We teach children how to create foods from scratch in their own kitchen. Becoming independent in the kitchen is the goal but having the knowledge to create their own staples for a much lower cost and not having to rely on going to the store is next level.

There was a time when Holly Schefold believed the traditional path was the only way. A Montessori teacher by trade, she once found purpose in the classroom, guiding young minds on their journeys of discovery. But as the world around her changed, so did her heart. Holly began to see the cracks in the system—the disconnect from nature, the disempowerment of our food choices, and the erosion of the skills and knowledge that had once nurtured generations.

Determined to break free, Holly left the safety of the classroom and set out on her own to start a company with a bold vision: to educate families about real food, the dangers lurking in modern food systems, and how to return to the kitchen with purpose, tradition, and health in mind.

Her ideas—once considered radical—are now the foundation of a movement. She’s guiding families back to the basics of health and nutrition, helping them reclaim the wisdom of past generations. Through her work, Holly is awakening others to the power of real food, teaching not just how to cook, but how to heal, nourish, and reconnect with nature.

Her journey is one of passion, intuition, and a commitment to change. Today, Holly stands as a visionary—leading the way toward a world where we no longer surrender our health to the convenience of the modern world, but instead, take back control, one meal at a time.
