Real food. Real skills.

Real confidence.

Our after-school programs give children the time and space to cook, create and learn by doing.

Children prepare real food from scratch, work with their hands and build practical skills they can carry with them long after they leave the kitchen. Along the way, they learn to follow a process, solve problems, try new things and take pride in what they've made.

Because when children are trusted with real work, they discover something powerful:

They are capable of more than they think.

Farm-to-Table Cooking for Kids Ages 3–12

From growing and harvesting to chopping, baking and cooking from scratch, children discover where their food comes from and what they're capable of making with their own hands.

Our programs build confidence, curiosity and practical skills through real food, hands-on learning and plenty of opportunity to do things for themselves.

More Than Skills

We're not just teaching children how to cook. We're giving them opportunities to discover what they're capable of.

Practical Skills

Children leave with skills they can actually use—from cooking and baking to serving and nourishing their own families.

Confidence

There is a special kind of confidence that comes from doing something yourself. Children cook, build, create, explore and solve problems with growing independence.

Independence

We give children meaningful responsibility and the space to figure things out for themselves, while providing thoughtful guidance when they need it.

A Sense of Wonder

We want children to leave Nourish with more questions than answers—curious about food, nature, how things work and what they might be capable of next.

Two Ways to Experience Nourish

  • Nourish Kids

    Nourish Kids| Ages 3–7

A first taste of the Nourish way.

Nourish Kids gives young children the chance to cook, create, explore and discover through hands-on experiences with real food and the natural world.

Children learn simple kitchen skills, explore where food comes from and begin to experience the confidence that comes from doing things for themselves—all in a playful, welcoming environment designed especially for young children.

Small hands. Real work. Big discoveries.

  • Supper Club | Ages 8+

    Cook. Create. Share.

Supper Club gives older children the opportunity to take on real responsibility in the kitchen—from preparing ingredients and mastering new techniques to creating a complete meal from scratch.

Working together around the kitchen and table, they build practical skills, confidence and independence while discovering the satisfaction of making something worth sharing.

Real food. Real skills. A seat at the table.
